Aesthetically Superior Vegetables

What if I only plant aesthetically superior vegetables in my small garden?

The thought just occurred to me as I stumbled across this broccoli, Romanesco broccoli.  As a Benoit Mandelbrot groupie from decades back, how could I have never seen this plant!

Back to seed buying...my garden is small, having been carved from an oak pine forest.  I have been having problems deciding which seeds to buy as so many sound so good - but this filter of only choosing from the beauty queens cuts down the number!  Of the remaining contenders,  hopefully one is great tasting.  If not, forget the good looks! 

Whatever you call it, this variety of  Brassica oleracea is extremely handsome.  I'm glad I finally found out about it!

It is available from many places...here is the list from Google.
